Kirkman House Museum is a restored Victorian home that shows the domestic side of Walla Walla's 19th-century prosperity. It is a smaller, quieter stop than Fort Walla Walla, but it fits well into a downtown walk.
Come if you like historic houses, period rooms, and local family stories. Otherwise, let Fort Walla Walla and Whitman Mission carry the main history load.
