Cachoeira Véu de Noiva is one of the standard waterfall stops around São Thomé das Letras. The name means "Bride's Veil", and like many Brazilian waterfalls with that name, the appeal is the thin white drop and the cold pool below.
It works best as part of a circuit rather than a single-purpose trip. Pair it with Cachoeira Paraíso and leave time for slow roads, swimming, and the usual weekend crowds in warm weather.
