The legendary salsa neighbourhood, technically across the river in the municipality of Candelaria but inseparable from Cali nightlife. A single strip of huge dance halls — Changó being the most famous — pulls thousands of locals every weekend for all-night dancing to live orchestras. It is rougher around the edges than the city's bars: take a taxi door-to-door, leave the watch at home, and don't expect to leave before sunrise.
