The upscale residential and nightlife district in the south of the city, draped across steep hills above the valley floor. Parque Lleras at its heart is the epicentre of the bar and restaurant scene; the surrounding streets are where most travellers end up basing themselves. Safer than almost anywhere else in town, but pricier too.
