A small landscaped park around an ornamental lake in central Pereira, two blocks east of Plaza de Bolivar. Locals call it simply El Lago. The bandshell in the centre dates from the early twentieth century and is still used for occasional open-air concerts.
It is a popular short cut on the daily walk through the centre and a place where Pereira's office workers eat lunch on a sunny day. Combine with Plaza de Bolivar and Parque Olaya Herrera as part of a short loop through downtown.
