Bou Saâda is a small oasis town and the things to do are accordingly modest — walking through the palm groves along the river, exploring the old town's lanes, visiting the Dinet Museum, and getting a taste of the Sahara without the long drive further south. It is a half-day to full-day destination rather than a multi-day one, unless you use it as a base for desert excursions.
