The Fraser Tombs are a small Old Kingdom necropolis near Tihna el-Gebel, north of Minya. They are not as essential as Tell el-Amarna, Beni Hassan, or Tuna el-Gebel, but they reward travellers who are already building a deeper Middle Egypt itinerary and want another look at provincial tomb art.
The tombs are cut into the limestone cliffs and associated with officials and priests rather than pharaohs. Go with a driver or guide who knows the site, and check access before setting out; this is the kind of place where conditions on the ground matter more than the map pin.
