Getting Around

Inside the park, transport is part of the experience: boats on the lagoon, 4WD tracks through savanna and forest edges, and guided walks where vehicles cannot go. Visitors should not expect to roam independently. Wildlife viewing, gorilla tracking, and beach access are managed with guides for safety and conservation.

Bring dry bags, sandals that can get wet, and patience. A single outing may involve a boat landing, a muddy track, and a walk through humid forest.
