The Tor Tiv Palace is the symbolic heart of Gboko. It is the seat of the Tor Tiv, the highest traditional ruler of the Tiv people, and its black-and-white design draws on Tiv colours and symbols.
This is a working traditional court, not a museum, so access can vary. Even from outside, it gives a clearer sense of why Gboko matters beyond its role as a market and transport town.
