Santos Beach is the straightforward beach day in Mossel Bay: close to the centre, protected by the curve of the bay, and better suited to relaxed swimming than many more exposed Garden Route beaches.
It is not wild or remote, but it is useful. Come for a swim, a walk, or a low-effort afternoon after the Dias Museum or the harbour.
