Konyo Konyo Market is Juba at street level: crowded lanes, food, clothes, household goods, transport noise, and the constant movement of a city supplied largely by road from Uganda. It is not tidy, but it is one of the best places to feel how Juba actually works.
Go with a local contact if possible. The market is busy and can feel tense to newcomers, and practical judgement matters more than curiosity.
