Sibebe Rock is the great granite presence on Mbabane's edge: a huge exposed dome rising above the highveld and visible from far around. Local guides often describe it as one of the world's largest granite domes, and even if the rankings vary, the physical impression is not in doubt.
The climb is steep, exposed, and much better with a guide who knows the access route and land arrangements. Start early, carry water, and take the summit seriously; the reward is a broad view over Mbabane, the Dlangeni Hills, and the green folds of western Eswatini.
