A 100-metre alley off Street 308 that has become Phnom Penh's small-bar capital. Within a few minutes' walking distance you have a tiki bar, a Japanese whisky bar, a leather-and-motorbike-themed dive, a craft beer pub and a wine bar — each occupying a single converted shophouse with a few seats.
The crowd is mostly foreign residents and young urban Khmers, and the cocktails are good. Most bars open around six in the evening and close after midnight. Friday and Saturday get crowded; weeknights are pleasant.
