A long-standing favourite for refined Cambodian cooking, set in a contemporary villa with a small garden in Toul Tom Poung. The menu blends classical Khmer with Asian-fusion accents — pomelo and smoked fish salad, beef saraman curry, banana flower with prawns.
Service is attentive without being intrusive, the wine list is reasonable, and main courses run US$8–14. A good first or last evening of a Phnom Penh trip.
