Romdeng's sister project, on Street 13 around the corner from the National Museum. Friends serves modern tapas — small plates fusing Cambodian and pan-Asian flavours — alongside fresh fruit shakes and a serious cocktail list. The crowd is mixed Khmer and foreign, the atmosphere relaxed and noisy, and the cooking consistently good.
The restaurant trains young Cambodians for hospitality careers, and the on-site shop sells handmade goods produced by parents in the same programme. A perfect lunch stop after the museum.
