Wenchang station (lat=19.608, lon=110.733) sits on the Hainan Eastern Loop high-speed railway, with regular services to Haikou (around 45 minutes) and around the island to Sanya. The station is a few kilometres southwest of the city centre; taxis and local buses connect to the old town.
Dongjiao coconut grove and the launch center are best reached by taxi from Wenchang city, as public transport to both is infrequent. The drive to Dongjiao takes about 30 minutes; the launch center viewpoint is a similar distance in a different direction.
