A public park near the south end of the Prakasam Barrage, with a small zoo, a musical fountain that runs in the evenings, and broad lawns by the river. It is a popular family spot at weekends; weekday mornings are quieter and more pleasant.
Combine with a sunset walk on the barrage — the park is right at the foot of the structure. Entrance is a few rupees; the fountain show is an extra ticket.
