The Buddhist Rock Cut Caves near Dubapara are among the area's older archaeological remains. They are modest in scale, but they point to a Buddhist period that is easy to miss when travelling through western Assam.
Come for context, not spectacle. The site pairs well with the Jogighopa cave temples if you are making a southward circuit from Bongaigaon.
