Koya Kujiya Eco Park is a wetland area near Abhayapuri, around 15 km from Bongaigaon. Its small islands, open water, and winter birdlife make it one of the more pleasant excursions from town.
It is most rewarding in the cooler months, when migratory birds arrive. Outside that season it is still a quiet landscape, but less of a draw.
