Sultan Ghari's Tomb

Sultan Ghari's Tomb is often described as Delhi's first Islamic mausoleum, built by Sultan Iltutmish in 1231 for his son Prince Ghiyasuddin Muhammad. Its fortress-like enclosure and sunken tomb chamber make it a quieter, more unusual historic stop than Delhi's better-known monuments.
