Of the many beach shacks lined up along Candolim, Stone's is one of the longest-running and one of the few that maintain consistent food and service across seasons. Loungers under thatched parasols stretch down to the surf, and the bar serves the standard Kingfishers, Old Monk cocktails, and respectable fresh lime sodas.
The kitchen does seafood thali, prawn curry, and a serviceable grilled kingfish. Come around 5:30pm, take a lounger near the water, and stay for sunset. Service is friendly but unhurried — this is Goa, after all.
