The Jind Museum, housed in a building near the town centre, holds a modest collection of artefacts from the district and the surrounding region. Stone sculptures recovered from local archaeological sites, weapons and regalia from the Jind princely state era, and coins and manuscripts give a compressed sense of the town's long history.
The museum is small and rarely crowded — a half-hour visit covers it comfortably. Staff are generally willing to explain the more significant pieces. The collection is uneven in quality but the princely-era material is genuinely interesting, particularly the photographs and personal effects of the Jind Maharajas from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
