Ramakrishna Advaita Ashrama is a branch of the Ramakrishna Math, started in the 1930s and now one of Kalady's calmer religious stops. The campus has a prayer hall, shrine, and the restrained order typical of Ramakrishna institutions.
It pairs well with the Shankara sites nearby. Visit quietly, and treat it as a working ashram rather than a tourist attraction.
