Cuttack's main sports ground sits next to the old fort and is the city's chief venue for cricket and football. Even on non-match days the stadium is a useful landmark: the streets around it are the place to find Cuttack's most famous street food, the dahi bara aaloo dum that the city is known for across Odisha.
If you are not here for a match, the stadium itself is closed, but the surrounding lanes are worth a walk for the food alone.
