Koraput's Tribal Museum is a straightforward but useful introduction to the district's Adivasi cultures. Displays cover dress, jewellery, tools, musical instruments, and everyday objects from communities in the surrounding hills.
Visit it before heading out to markets, temples, or hill villages. The museum will not answer every question, but it gives enough context to keep the wider district from feeling like a blur of names.
