The mangrove jetty at Amahai is an easy nature stop near the ferry port south of Masohi. It is not as dramatic as Seram's mountains or north-coast beaches, but it gives a quiet look at the coastal ecology that edges much of the island.
It is best folded into an arrival or departure day, especially if you have time between the boat and onward transport.
