Talise Beach is Palu's everyday waterfront, more a place for a walk, sunset, and local food stalls than a classic beach day. The bay and hills make the setting, especially late in the afternoon.
Parts of the waterfront were badly affected by the 2018 tsunami, and conditions can vary as rebuilding continues. Treat it as a city promenade first and a swimming beach second.
