An underwater restaurant and bar built six metres below the surface of the Red Sea, reached by a jetty walkway. The structure sits on the seabed off Eilat's southern beach, and the curved windows look directly out onto the coral reef. Rays, reef fish, and the occasional octopus drift past the glass while you eat. The menu focuses on seafood — grilled fish, lobster, and prawns — alongside Israeli classics.
The experience is theatrical rather than purely gastronomic, and the prices reflect the novelty. But as a one-off evening it is genuinely memorable: the underwater lighting turns the reef into something from a film set, and the atmosphere is unlike anything you will find on the surface. Book well ahead in high season. The bar section is open later than the restaurant and requires no reservation.
