Ben-Gurion's Hut preserves the small wooden home where David and Paula Ben-Gurion lived after moving to Sde Boker. Its plain rooms, bookshelves, and household objects are the point: the country's founding prime minister wanted his Negev life to be read as a statement, not a retreat into luxury.
The museum is compact and easy to combine with the tomb and Ein Avdat. It is most interesting if you already have some context for Ben-Gurion's role in Israeli history and his belief that the Negev should be settled and developed.
