The Tamaki Bunnoshin Residence is a preserved Hagi house connected to Yoshida Shoin's family and the early teaching that led to Shoka Sonjuku Academy. It is a small stop, but it adds useful context to Hagi's network of Meiji Restoration sites.
Combine it with Shoin Shrine, Shoka Sonjuku, and the nearby Tokoji Temple area.
