Cafe de Mucha sits on Otemae-dori within sight of the castle keep and is the easiest civilised stop on the walk between station and castle. Coffee is solid, the cakes are house-baked, and the windowside seats give a frank view of the moat and walls.
A useful break before tackling the castle climb. Open from morning into early evening.
