The Museum of Kurazukuri is set in an 1893 tobacco wholesaler's warehouse built after Kawagoe's great fire. Inside, exhibits explain the heavy fireproof storehouse architecture that gives the old merchant district its look.
It is a small stop, but useful if you want to understand the buildings along Kurazukuri Street rather than only photograph their exteriors.
