Hitoyoshi Castle Ruins are the town's main historical sight. The surviving walls and elevated ground overlook the Kuma River and the city, and the site is especially good during cherry blossom season.
There is no reconstructed keep here, which is part of the charm. The ruins feel open, quiet, and closely tied to the river below.
