A modest but worthwhile museum located within Ajlun Castle itself, displaying finds recovered from the site and the surrounding governorate. The collection includes Bronze Age pottery, Hellenistic coins, Roman glass, Byzantine mosaic fragments, and Islamic-period metalwork — a compressed timeline of the region's long occupation. Labels are in Arabic and English.
The museum is included in the castle admission fee, so there is no extra cost. It is compact enough to cover in 20–30 minutes alongside your exploration of the castle. Particularly interesting are the architectural fragments showing how the castle was expanded and modified over several centuries, and the display explaining the castle's defensive logic in relation to the Crusader strongholds across the Jordan Valley.
