A traditional Jordanian restaurant in the lower part of Wadi Musa serving the country's national dish, mansaf — lamb cooked in a fermented yoghurt sauce, served on a vast platter of rice with pine nuts and almonds. The version here is the real thing, not the buffet-line interpretation.
Mezze are good and copious; the bread comes hot from the oven. They will also lay on a Bedouin-style ground-cushion seating area for groups. Reasonably priced by Petra standards, though prices climb in peak season.
