Parapat Hill is an easy hike near Semporna with views across the coast and islands to the south. The trail is short enough to fit into a spare morning or afternoon, especially if you want a land-based outing between boat trips.
The hill is best in clear weather, when the islands and shallow sea are visible from the top. Wear decent shoes, bring water, and avoid the hottest part of the day.
