The Rainforest Discovery Centre gives Sepilok a different rhythm from the animal feeding platforms. Its canopy walkway and towers lift you into the forest, where hornbills, broadbills, squirrels, and insects are the point rather than a guaranteed headline mammal.
Come early or late if birds matter to you. In the middle of the day it is still a good, accessible introduction to Borneo's lowland rainforest.
