The nearest airport to Daraga is Bicol International Airport (DRP) in the neighbouring municipality of Alobo (about 8 kilometres south-west of central Daraga). It replaced the old Legazpi airport in 2021 and is served by Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, and AirAsia with several daily flights from Manila — around an hour in the air.
The PNR Bicol Express service to Legazpi was suspended in 2012 and remains so. Long-distance air-conditioned buses run from Manila to Legazpi (around 12 hours overnight); from Legazpi, Daraga is a 15-minute jeepney or tricycle ride.
