Luz Kinilaw is authentic Davao cuisine! It's a seaside restaurant serving no-frills inihaw na panga (roast jaw of yellow fin tuna) and kinilaw (local version of the Japanese sashimi - bite-size chunks of raw fish marinated in vinegar with local vegetables) . The place is pretty bare and simple but the food more than makes up for the place, and the prices are very reasonable.
