Entertainment City is a cluster of large integrated casino-resort developments along the Manila Bay waterfront in southern Pasay, developed from the 2010s onwards as the Philippines' answer to Macau. The complex includes Solaire Resort and Casino, City of Dreams Manila, Okada Manila, and Resorts World Manila — all large-scale operations with hotels, restaurants, retail, and entertainment facilities alongside the gaming floors.
For non-gamblers, the waterfront location and the sheer scale of the developments are worth a look. The sunset views across Manila Bay from the Solaire seafront are among the best in Metro Manila. The restaurants within the casino resorts range from upscale international dining to good Filipino food courts — both significantly better than what you find at the airport. Taxis and ride-hailing services reach Entertainment City easily from central Manila.
