San Juan is in the heart of Metro Manila and is easy to reach from any direction. The LRT Line 2 runs along the northern edge of the city, with the J. Ruiz station serving the area near the Pinaglabanan Shrine. From the LRT, it is a short jeepney or tricycle ride to the main sights.
By road, San Juan is accessible from EDSA (via Ortigas Avenue) or from Mandaluyong and Quezon City by a number of connecting streets. Jeepneys connect San Juan to Quiapo, Cubao, Ortigas, and other parts of the metro. Grab and taxis operate freely throughout the city.
