1913 Songjeong Station Market is a revived traditional market beside GwangjuSongjeong station. The year in the name is not branding pulled from nowhere: the market grew up with the railway and was later restored as a compact food-and-shopping street.
Come for snacks rather than a grand market expedition. It is a good arrival or departure stop if you are using the KTX station, and it pairs naturally with nearby Songjeong tteokgalbi restaurants.
