Woo Il-Seon Missionary House

Woo Il-Seon Missionary House is one of Gwangju's oldest surviving Western-style houses. It was built in the 1920s for American missionary Robert M. Wilson, whose Korean name gives the house its title.

The house is most interesting as part of a walk through Yangnim-dong, where early missionary buildings and older Korean streets sit close together.
