Miryang Independence Movement Memorial Hall honours local activists who took part in Korea's struggle against Japanese colonial rule. Exhibits cover the March 13, 1919 Manse Movement, Miryang's independence networks, and groups such as Uiyeoldan.
It is a serious, locally focused museum and a good counterpoint to Miryang's better-known pavilions and mountain scenery.
