Ganworam Hermitage is a small temple site on the edge of Cheonsuman Bay. At low tide you can walk to it; at high tide the path disappears and the hermitage reads as a small island.
That simple tidal trick is the reason to come. Time the visit well, especially around sunset or a low-tide walk, and Ganworam gives Seosan's Buddhist sights a coastal, slightly otherworldly counterpoint to the inland temples.
