Seonjeongneung Royal Tombs are a calm pocket of Joseon history in the middle of Gangnam. The park contains the burial mounds of two kings and a queen, with stone figures, ritual paths, and wooded grounds that feel far removed from the surrounding towers.
It is one of Seoul's best contrasts: royal tomb architecture and old pines set inside the city's most modern district. Go early or late in the day for the quietest walk.
