The longest undeveloped beach on the mainland Krabi coast, in the quiet rural south of the province about 25 km from Krabi airport. Most of the surrounding land is still rice paddy, prawn farms and stilt houses, and the crowds of Ao Nang have yet to arrive. There is a small local market down the road on Tuesday and Friday afternoons — fresh fruit and vegetables at local prices. Come for a quieter alternative to Ao Nang and one of the best sunsets on the coast.
