Ataturk Arboretum is a quiet tree collection on the edge of Belgrad Forest, reached from Bahcekoy. Paths lead past ponds, oak woods, and collections of non-native trees that are especially colorful in autumn. It is a good stop for a slow walk, birdwatching, and a break from central Istanbul.
