Chieng Khoa Waterfall is farther from Moc Chau than Dai Yem and sees fewer casual visitors. The pools and cascades make a good detour if you have your own transport and want a more rural outing.
The road and access conditions can change after rain, so ask locally before setting off. Bring shoes that can get wet, and do not count on formal facilities once you leave the main plateau routes.
