The Roxy Cinema Complex is Bingara's restored 1930s picture theatre and cafe, built by three Greek businessmen during the town's interwar boom. The cinema closed in 1958 and sat unused for decades before the council restored it in the 1990s.
The building is a good small-town heritage stop, especially if you are interested in Australia's Greek cafe history. Ask locally about opening times, tours, and screenings; the exterior alone is worth a look while walking Maitland Street.
